This is a request for approval to attend the Minnesota City Managers
conference in Brainerd on May 12-14 of 1993 .
This year�s conference theme is "PosiCioning for Change" and is focused on
the following issues:
1. Rightsizing public arganizations
2 . Analyzing service delivery
3 . Using budget formats to buy results
4 . Increasing employee involvement
5 . Innovation in your organization
I believe these topics are timely and would provide a good training
opportunity for me. .
The cost of attendance is budgeted.
