RE: AGENDA ADDITION - EXECUTIVE SESSION
I would like to add a second Executive Closed Session to tonights agenda. The
purpose of the session is to brief you and get your concurrence on a proposed
settlement agreement in the condemnation proceedings against NHD Properties, Inc.
(Rosemount Woods).
The District Court hearing is set for Friday, July 23, 1993 at 9:00 a.m. The latest
offer which I would like to discuss with you tonight could bring resolution to the
situation and avoid any court action.
