The city has received an application for a temporary on-sale beer license
from Dakota County 40 & 8, Voiture 157. As in past years, this will be
held in the pavilion area of the Rosemount American Legion, and beer will
be sold in conjunction with the Chicken Barbecue during Leprechaun Days.
The fee has been paid, and the insurance will be provided to staff on a
date closer to the event.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON-SALE
LIQUOR LICENSE TO DAKOTA COUNTY 40 & 8, VOITURE 1457 FOR JULY 30 AND 31,
1994 SUBJECT TO THE CITY RECEIVING THE REQUIRED CERTIFICATE OF LIQUOR
LIABILITY INSURANCE.
