The Community Center is in need of a fax machine. I am recommending the
purchase of a PANAFAX UF-322 fax machine from Copy Duplicating Products,
Inc. (CDP) . The total cost of the fax machine including delivery,
installation and training is $1,315.00. The purchase of the fax machine is
funded out of the Community Center construction account #427-48000-01-580.
Several other quotes were sought out for the purchase of a fax machine and
are attached. However, CDP offered the most reasonable quote.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the purchase of the facsimile
from Copy Duplicating Products, Inc. in the amount of $1,315.00.
