Mike and Lisa Hinzman, owners of 6 .5 acres of land north of 130th Street West between Biscayne and Bacardi Avenues, are requesting approval of a subdivision to create two lots . On March 22, 1994, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the subdivision and that the City Council set a date for a public hearing as required by the Subdivision Ordinance. The land is in the Rural Residential District and must be platted in order to create lots ranging from 2 .5 to 5 acres in size. Recommended Action: MOTION to set a public hearing for 8 :00 p.m. on April 19, 1994 or soon thereafter to hear testimony regarding the subdivision of property for Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hinzman. The public hearing listed below pertains to the property generally located along the north side of 130th Street West, just east af Biscayne Avenue and legally described as follows: The south 411.24 feet of the east 691 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW'/a of SW1/a) of Section Sixteen (1�, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota.
