The City is currently without a deputy clerk. The statutes allow the
appointment of a deputy clerk who would be responsible for executing
official city documents in the city clerk's absence. For the past few
years, the city administrator was appointed the deputy clerk. It's my

RESOLIITION 1994 -
A RE30LIITION APPOINTING THE DEPIITY CLERR
WBEREAB, the City Council finds it necessary to appoint a deputy -
clerk to perform all duties of the city clerk in the city clerk's
absence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby appoints Thomas D. Burt as the Deputy Clerk.
ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1994.
