Staff has been asked to examine costs associated with the clean-up of
the parking area at the Geraghty building. This item has been added
for your discussion on Tuesday. The attached memo outlines our
findings of cost. This item is brought before you for approval since
this is private property.
RECON�iENDED ACTION: Motion directing staff to proceed with clean-up of
private parking area at the Geraghty building with e�enditure for
material cost to come from Council designated funds.

SUBJ: Parking Lot Improvernents - Geraghty Building
We have measured the area and calculated time and materials for
improvements to the parking area south and west of the Geraghty
Building at 145th and Highway 3 .
We have figured the removal of the trees along the west property
line south of NAPA Auto Parts store and the placement of four (4)
loads of crushed limestone class V aggregate. The placement
includes grading and compaction.
The calculations account for two people, equipment, brush disposal
and rock materials . The materials and disposal cost amount to
$456 .48 . The attached speed letter itemizes the costs. At your
direction we will schedule the work to be completed and talk with
property owners as necessary.
