On May 24, 1994 the Planning Commission discussed and recommended
approval of a final plat and rezoning for a second lot in the
Rosemount Business Park.
The proposal is a city staff initiative resulting from discussions
with several potential tenants of the business park. A requirement
for the rezoning is a public hearing which was also recommended by
the Planning Commission. '
Reco�ended Action: MOTION to schedule a public hearing for
June 21, 1994 at 8 : 00 p.m. or soon thereafter to hear testimony
regarding the rezoning of proposed Lot 1, Block 2, Rosemount
Business Park from AG Agriculture to BP-2 Business Park.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th
Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The public hearing
listed below pertains to the property generally located east of Business Parkway and south
of County Road 42. The proposed area for the rezoning of the Rosemount Business Park
plat consists of approximately 9.56 acres and legally described as follows:
- Lot 1, Block 2, Rosemount Business Park -
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a rezoning fmm AG Agriculture to BP-2
Business Park of the above described property. The proposed zoning district is consistent
with the Comprehensive Guide Plan Land Use Designation.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this meeting on
ltiesdav, June 21, 1994 at 8:00 p.m. Formal written comments will also be accepted
prior to the meeting date. Please forward all comments and inquiries to the Planning
Department.

vacation on a portion of Lower 147th Street enclosed in sealed envelopes, with
