According to the donation policy, Council must approve expenditures from the donation accounts. Please consider the
following transfer.
The Carrolls Woods Sub-Committee did receive a donation of $2,500 from USPCI for use in developing the trails in
Carrolls Woods. The amount of 52,277.54 was used for the purchase of lime rock for the trial construction.
The Council is requested at this time to authorize the transfer of 52,277.54 from aur donation account#101-22223.11
to our operating account #101-45100-01-215.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
MOTION to approve the expenditure of 52,277.54 used for the trail construction in Carrolls Woods and to
approve the amendments to the budgets as given on the attached revenue worksheets.
