Mr, and Mrs. Marlin Rechtzigel, 14727 Clayton Avenue East, ,
Rosemount, are requesting approval of a preliminary plat for five
lots in the Agricultural District for residential use.
On October 11, 1994 the Planning Commisszon reviewed the I
preliminary plat and motioned to recommend that the public hearing
be set.

Recoa�ended Action: A MOTION to schedule a public hearing for
Z'uesday, November 15, 1994 to be held at S :OO p.m. or as soon
thereafter as possible for the purpose of hearing public
testimony regarding the preliminary plat for Rex' s Rich Vailey
Estates.

REX'S RICH VALLEY ESTATES
PRELIMINARY PLAT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY CsIVEN, the City Council of the City of Rosemount will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, November I5, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875
145th Street West,beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The public
hearing listed below pertains to property situated on the south side of County State Aid
Highway 42, 3,000 feet east of State Trunk Highway 52. The preliminary plat is proposed to
be located on the following legally described property:
That part of the west 60 acres of Section 30, Township 115, Range 18, Dakota
County,Minnesota described as follows: Beginxung at the northeast corner
thereof, the north line of said southeast Quarter has an assumed bearing of
North 89 degrees 57 minutes 29 seconds East; thence South 00 degrees l I
minutes 20 seconds East along the east line of said west 60 acres 1,I61.00 feet;
thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 29 seconds West 300.00 feet; thence
North 00 degrees ll minutes 20 seconds West 267.I6 feet; thence westerly
along a nontangential curve which is concave to the north, centxal angle of 60
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, radius of 60.00 feet, chord bearing o£South 89
degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 300.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 1 I
minutes 20 seconds West 427.00 feet to the north line of said Southeast
Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 29 seconds East along said north
line 360.00 feet to the point of beguuung.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a preliminary plat for the purpose of creating five
(5) lots for residential use in the Agriculture District.

Tuesday, November 15, 1994 at 8:00 p.m. Formal written comments will also be accepted
prior to the meeting date. Please forward all comnnents and inquiries to the Planning
Department.
