Based upon the Special Meeting of July 13, 1994, where five law firms were
interviewed by the City Council, it was the City Council' s consensus to
select the following law firms:
1) Fluegel, Moynihan & Miles
Attorney Shawn Moynihan for prosecution
1303 South Frontage Road
Hastings, MN 55033
2) Holmes and Graven
Charles LeFevere for General and Special Project Legal Services
470 Pillsbury Center
Minneapolis, MN 55402 .
RECObII�tENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve Fluegel, Moynihan & Miles for
prosecution services and Holmes and Graven for general and special
project legal services subject to approved contracts.
