The Rosemount Jaycees has submitted an application for a temporary beer
license so they can sell beer at the Taste of Rosemount on July 29 and 30,
1994. The application fee has been submitted, and proof of liquor
liability insurance will be submitted prior to issuance of the license.
The Rosemount American Legion has submitted an application to sell liquor
under their outdoor shelter. They would like to sell liquor in conjunction
with their steak fry on July 29, 1994. The fee has been paid, and the
license will be submitted upon proof of liquor liability insurance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY BEER
LICENSE TO THE ROSEMOUNT JAYCEES FOR JULY 29-30, 1994 AND ISSUANCE OF A
TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE TO ROSEMOUNT AMERICAN LEGION FOR JULY 29, 1994
SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE.
