On June 14, 1994 the Planning Commission recommended that a public hearing be scheduled for a commercial planned unit development, preliminary plat, and rezoning for a gasoline sales and convenience store use. The proposal will be constructed on properties formerly owned by the railroad and also the Strese Oil Site on South Robert Trail Recommeaded Action: MOTION to schedule a public hearing for July 5, 1994 at 8 : 00 p.m. or soon thereafter to hear testimony regarding the Kwik Trip request for approval of a final commercial planned unit development, preliminary plat and Rezoning. The public hearing listed below pertains to the property generally located on the former Strese Oil site and addressed as 14810 South Robert Trail. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a commercial planned unit development, preliminary plat, and rezoning to C-3 Highway Service Commercial that would allow for the development of a Kwik Trip establishment which specializes in gasoline sales and convenience store uses.
