In the past the Committee has submitted a list of the events to the City Insurance Officer, who then turned that list over to the insurance company as notification that events would be held on city property. The garden tractor pull event provides it's own insurance coverage. The fireworks package includes a million dollar policy that covers the City and School District #196.
