Ra.ndy has made significant contributions during his short stay at the Community Center. He has orchestrated the initial installation of dasher boards, skatetile, and bleachers. He has completed refinements on the arena which now make the faciliry functional and second to none. His expertise has been valuable in working with the building contractors, both in working out solutions to problems, and negotiating issues. Randy has trained a crew af part tune maintenance workers and has produced a quality working team. He has worked closely with RAHA and Rosemount High 5chool in ice schedule formulation. Randy has gone beyond the call of duty and will be missed. I am in the process of planning for the replacement of Randy Moe and will offer a recommendation in the near future. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to accept the resignation of Randy Moe, Building Maintenance Supervisor, effective October 21, 1994. My two week notice should be as of the lOth when we talked, with final date of employment being October 21st.
