The City Council of the City of Rosemount on October 4, 1994 adopted an
ordinance that regulates pawn shops and pawn brokers. This ordinance
establishes guidelines by which pawn shops and pawn brokers can operate in
the City of Rosemount. The ordinance also establishes the investigation
fees and requires that annual license fees be established by the City
Council
The annual license fee for pawn shops and pawn brokers is set at five
thousand dollars ($5, 000) .
RECOI�SENDED ACTION:A MOTION to amend Resolution 1993-132 to establish
the annual license fee for pawn shops and pawn brokers at five thousand
dollars ($5, 000) annually.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 1993-132 AND ESTABLISHING
THE FEE SCHEDULE AND RATES FOR PAWN SHOPS AND PAWN BROKERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount hereby amends Resolution 1993-132, Section VI� to include pawn shops and
pawn brokers annual license fee to be in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00).
ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1994.
