The purpose of this hearing is to consider a text arnendment to Ordinance B - City of Rosemourct Zoning Ordinance that will establish maximwt� density requirements for the R-3 Multiple Family District and to establish criteria that will provide specific guidelines £or the opportunity to earn density bonuses for multiple family developments exhibiting perfonnance beyond the basic development standards.
