The proposed building straddles two lots and the parking lot straddles all three. These interior lot lines cause probl'ems with the Uniform Building Code, as well as the Zoning Ordinance. The only solution is to eliminate those lot lines by replatting the three lots i.nto one. There should be one commercial unit of Park Dedication. The Planning Commission reviewed this request on Qctober ll, 1994 and recommended approval . Planning staff recommends combining action on the preliminary and final plat for expedience. Recommended Action: A MOTION to adopt A RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVING THE BETTY JO SCHMITT PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT.
