' The process of approving Dr. Kurt Walter-Hansen� s project is closer to completion with the plat and rezoning. The plat assembles all of the various parcels into one and the rezoning changes the zoning district of the former City property to C-2 Community Commercial. On September 27, 1994 the Planning Commission reviewed and reeommended approval of the plat and rezoning. The site plan had changed considerably since the Planning Commission approval and much of the discussion focused on site plan issues . The Zorung Map of the City of Rosemount, referred to and described in said Ordinance No. B as that certain map entitled Zvning Map of the City of Rosemount shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning,but the C1erk shall appropriately mazk the said zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the pwrpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance and all of the notation references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorparated by reference and made a part of this Orclinance.
