This is an opportunity for the Councif to meet Vernon LaBeau, the person recently hired
for the Maintenance Level I position. Vern started with the City on January 1(J, 1994 and
was immediately put to work. We are looking forward to a long tasting working
relationship with Mr. LaBeau.
