According to City Policy F-2, any request for expenditures from a �
designated donation account must be approved by the City Council.
Account number 101-22222 is used for donations received from various
sources and designated for police equipment such as ballistic vests
and other special equipment needs that are not in the budget.
We are now requesting approval from the Council to use funds from this
account to purchase special camera equipment for the purpose of photo-
graphing arrested persons. (Mug shots) The cost of this project will
be $545. 00 which will include a special camera that will take two images
on the same frame, tripod, background screen, identification sign with
numerals and flash adapter. -
RECOMMENDED ACTIONe
MOTION TO APPROVE THE EXPENDITURE OF $545: 00 FOR THE PU�,CHASE
OF SPECIAL CAMERA EQUIPMENT. THE FUNDS ARE TO CQME FROM THE
POLICE DONATION ACCOUNT NUMBER 101-22222.
