The attached patitions have been submitted by residents of the condaminium
and residents and/or participants of the senior citizens center.
City Attorney Mike Miles will discuss with council his research and legal
opinion regarding these citizens' request for the city to "create an
ordinance that will prohibit immorai entertainment such as topless dancers
and WOW" (women oil wrestlers) .
Council needs to take formal action to receive the petitions and also
include in the motion any direction to city staff regarding this matter.

Dear Sirs:
As concerned citizens living in the condominiums at 14575 Burma
Ave , we urge the city of Rosemount to pass the necessarv
requirements to attain an ordinance not allowing any immoral
entertainment , such as topless dancers and WOW,
to perform in this area.
We have been concerned that this could happen anc� wish ta notify
the city of our concern in advance.
We have already notified Councilwoman Joan Anderson of our
concern.
Thank you for anything that you might do to help us in this
matter.

As concerned citizens living in Rosemount Plaza
Apartments, and/ or sharing in various Senior Center
activities held in the apartment building at 2900 W.
145th Street in Rosemount, we urge the city of
Rosemount to establish whatever requirements and
rulings are necessary to create an ordinance that will
prahibit immoral entertainment such as topless dancers
and WOW from performing in our downtown area.
We have already notified Councilwoman
Joan Anderson of our concern.

this matter.
