SUBJ: Goal Setting Session
Listed below is a schedule of the goal setting session scheduled for July 8 and July 9, at
the Community Center.
FRIDAY, JULY 8:
• 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Team Building with City Council and Administrator
• 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Discussion of roles and responsibilities
* Dinner wll be provided
SATURDAY, JULY 9:
• 7:30 am to 12 Noon - Strategic Planning with City Council, Administrator and
Department Heads
• 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Development of goals, priorities and action plan
* Breakfast rolls, coffee, juice and lunch will be provided.
I do not believe information will be provided to you in advance of the goal setting
sessions; but if so, it will be giuen to you on Tuesday, July 5.
