The levy must be certified to Dakota County no later than September 15, 1994. Before the budget levy is
established it is important that the City Council review the proposed budget to review operating and capital
equipment program items. The 1995 proposed budget has the greatest growth in the CIP budget which staff
seeks direction on prioritizing these items so we can present a more accurate budget figure to be certified in
September.
Motion: Set special City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 30, 1994 at 6:00 p.m.
RECONIlVIENDED ACTION: MOTION to set a special City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 30,
1994, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing the proposed budget.
