This is an opportunity for the City Council to meet Mr. Mark Fremder, the person recently
hired for the Engineering Technician position. Mark has filled the position which was
vacated by Boyd Bailey's resignation. Mark started with the City on August 22, 1994
and is well received by his co-workers Rich, Cindy and myself. Mark has previously
worked at the City of Prior Lake and is a welcome addition to our Engineering Staff.
We are looking forward to a long-lasting working relationship with Mark Fremder.
