The plant runs 24 hours a day and would probably cause noise complaints from anyone living nearby. In the summer we leave the doors open for cooling and fresh air. The plant has expanded many times in the past and there is some talk of putting on another addition. Will future neighbors be able to restrict expansion? Please don' t put a road block in the way of future growth. Plant We the second shift employees of Greif Bros. are deeply concerned regarding this proposal and the affect it could have on our lives . l . What immediate impact would it have? Would vandalism to our vehicles increase due to the increase of teens, etc. ? Would our leaving work late at night create more problems than we have now? To stop and talk in the wrong location creates a problem to the neighbor. 2. Long Term Impact? Should this be approved and Greif Bros . finds itself in a position that it could no longer operate here, what would happen to our liveli- hood? Where would we recover the pension years we have in? The impact on local business would be of vital concern because of the food, fuel and necessities tha are r.ow purchased by Greif Bros. employees . Who would pay our house payments, taxes, rent while we are out of work? We would like for you to think of our lives and livelihood. Rosemount needs more business not lose existing business . 4tt:.Elil' c JUL 2 91994 C1TY vr nvnnUUNT . r . , . . : • , }i . '*;n;i,".`:zfi'.:"q.:""''r',j''.. . . .-i.., . r;af*,"..F . :' , . .. . . . ., S^ 71 f+' .
