Dr. Kurt Walter-Hansen will legally combine the former Repairs,
Inc. property with land conveyed by the City into a platted
subdivision proposed to be known as the Walter-Hansen Addition.
The former City property, currently zoned PUB Public/Quasi-Public
will require a rezoning so that the resulting larger lot will be
entirely within the C-2 Community Commercial District.
On September 27, 1994 the Planning Commission reviewed the
preliminary plat and rezoning petition. As a result, motions were
passed recommending approval of both and that public hearings be '
set.
Recommended Action: A MOTION to set a public hearing on Tuesday,
October 18, 1994 at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible
to hear public testimony regarding the proposed Walter-Hansen
Preliminary Plat and the proposed rezoning of the entire proposed
plat to C-2 Community Commercial .

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council o£the City of Rosemount will hold a Public
Hearing to consider the item listed below on Tuesday,October 18, 1994, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 I45th Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as possible. The public hearing listed below pertains to the property generally
located on the fornner Repairs, Inc. site and adclressed as 14410 South Robert Trail. The
purpose of this hearing is to consider a preliminary plat and rezozung to C-2 Community
Commercial for the construction of a commercial establishment for use as an animal clinic
and commercial rental space.
Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this meeting on
Tuesday, October 18, 1994 at 8:00 �.m. Formal written comments will also be accepted
prior to the meeting date. Please forward all comments and inquiries to the Planniztg
Department.
