This is an opportunity for the City Council to meet Doug Litterer, the new Civil Engineer.
Doug started Monday, October 3, 1994 and has his office in the oJd "Park and Rec"
office downstairs. Doug comes to the City well educated and has had some good
municipal experience at Rock Island, Illinois. Doug will be working mainly on the
engineering and management of construction projects right,away, but will also be working
on the Storm Water Management Ordinance.
We are looking forward to a long-lasting working relationship with Doug Litterer.
