Mayor McMenomy is recommending the reappointment of Steve Toombs to the
USPCI - City of Rosemount Community Trust Board of Trustees. Mr. Toombs
was initially appointed for a one year term commencing January 1, 1993.
Since his term expires on Decexnber 31, 1993 , Mr. Toombs has indicated a
willingness to serve a full term for a period of three years.
Mr. Toombs initially served only a one year term since the Community Trust
Agreement calls for staggered terms. The other members, Jack Warweg and
Cathy Busho, are respectively serving two and three year terms.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPOINT STEVE TOOMBS TO THE USPCI - CITY
OF ROSEMOUNT COMMUNITY TRUST BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR A THREE YEAR TERM
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994.
