ATTACFII�iENTS: Breakdown on Costs, Quotes AP OVED Y:
Attached for your consideration is information regarding the purchase of
the PC' s and printers for the Community Center. During the 1994 budget
process, $20, 000 was dedicated for this purpose in the CIP budget. We
received quotes from different vendors and the attached had the lowest
prices on the equipment being purchased. The total, including sales tax,
comes to $20, 648 . 23 . I am asking for authorization to use the $20, 000 from
the CIP budget (#202-49002-01-586) with the additional funding coming from
the Community Center Construction Fund (#42?-48000-01-586) . �
Additional 'networking items for the Community Center will be brought to
Council at future meetings.
