It is a requirement of statutory cities to appoint a councilmember to the
position of Acting Mayor to act in the Mayor' s absence. This is based on a
recommendation from the Mayor.
Mayor McMenomy is reeommending the reappointment of Dennis Wippermann to
this position.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE APPOINTMENT OF DENNIS
WIPPERMANN TO THE POSITION OF ACTING MAYOR FOR THE CITY OF ROSEMOUNT.
