This item requests the fifth payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. in the amount of
5107,284.28 for construction of City Project No. 256, Rosemount Business Park, Phase
1 A Street and Utilities.
Work completed and represented in this amount as of November 15, 1994 is 88% of the
contracted work. Work completed to-date consists of pond & site grading, all utiiities,
roadway base, bituminous base, concrete curb, sidewalk, sod and seeding.
Attached is a copy of the Pay Estimate for your information. Staff recommends approvaf
of this fifth payment request.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #5 TO RICHARD KNUTSON,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF S 107,284.28 FOR THf ROSEMOUNT BUSINESS PARK, PHASE 1 A,
CITY PROJECT #256.
