Attached for your consideration is a quote to do the networking for the Community Center. if
you recai{, �t the last Council meeting the purchase of the PCs for the Community Center was
approved. This proposal includes the file server for the network, the wiring for the office area in
the Community Center, the additional hardware and software necessary to make the network
functianal and the support time necessary to complete all of the work in getting the netwark up
and operational. Funding for these costs would come from the Other Armory Improvements
Construction Fund 4#427-48000-01-586). Total funding for this proposal is 522,321 .00 (not
including sales tax).
Getting this project completed is crucial for the operations of the Community Center Department
and the Park & Rec Department. Also, timing is critical. Upon approual this evening, the
company wil! have approximately four weeks to complete their task so that when these two
departments move over to the Community Center they will be able to function as they have
been functioning at City Ha{I.

REC MMENDED ACTION:
Moti n to accept the proposal from CIT Incorporated to provide the networking for the
Community Center utilizing funds from the Community Center Construction funds
(#427-48000-01-5$6).
