The first meeting in May for the port authority is scheduled for Tuesday,
May 3 . The port authority is fortunate in that several of its members have
participated in the Blandin leadership program. Blandin has scheduled its
"commencement" for May 3 and as a result has created a conflict for some of
the Rosemount participants . �

A possible alternate meeting date is �5 p.m. , Wednesday, May 4 . The city
council chambers are available that evening.
RECON�SENDED ACTION: Motion to change the first meeting in May of the
Rosemount Port Authority from 5 : 15 p.m. , Tuesday, May 3 Co 5 : 15 p.m. ,
Wednesday, May 4, 1994 .
