Associated Developers has asked to be placed on the port authority' s agenda
to make a presentation that will be an extension of that made to you on
February 1. Associated is not submitting written material for your review
at this time but wishes to visit with yau once more before making a formal
request.
I will be meeting with Associated Developers on Friday and should have
information for a verbal report to you at the Tuesday meeting. I do
believe, however, that one issue to be raised is where Carlson Tractor
should relocate.
Chairperson Carroll wishes to reserve time at the end of the meeting to
assure Associated Developers the chance to adequately visit with the
commissioners on this redevelopment proposal .
RECOI�IlMlENDED ACTION: None. Associated Developers is not asking for any
formal board aetion at this time.
