Commissioner Anderson has properly raised the issue of ownership and
control of the small triangular piece of land located at the northeast
corner of the business park. Please see the attached map. Presently the
land is owned by CMC Heartland Partners .
I have visited with John Lamoreaux about the parcel and he has asked that
an official request be made by the port authority and sent both to him and
Wayne Delfino. At your direction I will initiate this process.
RECOirII�lENDED ACTION: General direction from board to contaet CMC
Heartland regarding its land remnant at the corner of C.R. 42 and
Biscayne Avenue.
