The Planning Commission has discussed the text amendment for domestic animal
enclosures on two occasions, October 24 and November 8, 1994. At the second
meeting, the Planning Comrnission recommended approval of revised language and
recommended that a Public Hearing be scheduled for the text amendment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO SET A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR
TESTIMONY REGARDtNG A PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT
ESTABUSHING SETBACKS FOR DOMESTIC ANIMAL ENCLOSURES FOR 8:00 P.M: DR SOON
