The beer will be sold at the Jubilee Store located at 3400 - 150th Street West. The owners and stockholders are Ronald Fish, Shafer, Minnesota and James P. Liljedahl, Woodbury, Minnesota. The required investigation deposit and license fee have been paid. Police Chief Knutsen has advised that his background investigation produced clean records on both men. I am working with the company's insurance agent, and should have proof of liquor liability insurance by the time of the public hearing. If not, I will hold the license until the certificate of insurance is received. It is my understanding the store will open on or about November 30. All the paperwork is in order and both owners have been very cooperative. I therefore recommend approval of the license application.
