ATTACHI+S,ENTS: PETITION APP OVED Y: During the "audience recognition° portion of the January 4 meeting, Rosemount resident, John Oxborough, presented the board with a petition in opposition to the selection of Cameo Avenue as the site for an HRA senior housing project. In discussing the petition with the port authority executive director, I am able to report to you that we are in agreement that the petition should be forwarded to the Dakota County HRA (project developer) and the Rosemount planning commission (review agency) .
