To date, the HRA has recexved apprais�ls on three properties locat�d along cameo Avenue and the dupl.�x on the corner a� Gam�o Avenue and Lower x47th Stre��, AYl appraisals hav� been reviewed and cQnfirmed by an independent review appraiser. Results from the appra�.sals compax�d to the avai�abili,ty of Comrt�unity Development Block Gran� (CDBGj funds in 1994 (see attach�d budget) , will allow us ta proceed with purchase o��ers on �hree pxoperties as pl�►nned. An affer on the fou.rth property �an be made when 1995 funds become availab�e. It was estimated the Gity would prov�de up to $56,000 towards the project in ].g95. Aequisition of the. rema�r►�ng three praperti�s will be started in Z99F�. It i� hnped that we will have signed purchase agreements on �he first three prnperties by the aarly part of Jz�nuary. Each offer will ?ae made conti,ngent on rece�vi.nq signed purchase agreements on the other two properties. I do not anticipate incurring any� xelocation or demolition costs until Spring af 1995.
