Mr. Miles, the port authority legal counsel, will discuss four issues with
the commissioners :
1. Distribution of material presented at public meetings.
2 . Point-of-order issues.
3 . Distinction between public meeting and pubTic hearing.
4. Overview of conflict of interest issues .
Mr. Mi1es will be distributing to each of you a ring binder containing
supplementary and resource information. This booklet has the title ��Port
Authority Resource Baok. �� Similar material has been presented to other
city board members.
