On Monday, March 14, a staff ineeting has been scheduled with, among others,
Dave Bechtold, the city' s parks director. At that meeting the park
dedication for the Rosemount Business Park will be discussed. Mr. Miles,
Mr. Wasmund, and I will present the park dedication options discussed by
the board members at the February 28 meeting. We will include: 1) credits
for improved aesthetics, 2) trails, both adjacent to the wetland and west
of Business Parkway, and 3) methods of making the dedication.
An oral report will be provided at the March 15 meeting.
