At the port authority' s March 2 meeting the commissioners reviewed and
discussed a draft development agreement for the Rosemount Business Park.
Suggestions were made for amendment af the document.
On Monday, March 14, Bud Osmundson, Riek Pearson, Mike Miles, Ron Wasmund,
and I will be meeting to revise the agreement. I have visited with Mr.
Carroll about the development agreement and our Monday staff ineeting. He
has stated that as this will be a revised document previously discussed by
the board and as the commissioners are anxious to see the business park
development continue, that the amended development agreement should be
distributed and orally reviewed at the March 15 meeting.
RECO1yII�2ENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the development agreement as
amended with the city of Rosemount for the Rosemount Business Park.
