The port authority commissioners at their Januar� 4 meeting asked that I
contact Arlo and Renee Rhoads and ask them to attend the January 18
meeting. This is a direct result of discussions held regarding a location
for the Rhoads . In visiting with Renee Rhoads I asked that she supply you
with some sort of building sketches that the commissioners might be able to
use in deciding the best location for the proposed structure. The Rhoads
are presently considering two designs and Mrs. Rhoads indicated that she
will have a sketch available either for the agenda packet or for the
January 18 meeting.
In a related matter I have continued to visit with Harold Wachter. At this
time Mr. Wachter wishes to sell some or all of his land to the port
authority, however, he is still attempting to determine the market value of
his land.
