EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION
JANUARY 4, 1994
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof an executive closed session of the Rosemount Port Authority
was duly held on Tuesday, 3�nuary 4, 1994, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 2875 -
145th Street West.
Chair Dunn called the meeting to order with Commissioners Anderson, Carroll, Edwards,
McMenomy, and Wippermann present. Staff present included Acting City Administrator Wasmund,
Economic Development Coordinator Miller, and port authority attorney Miles.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss potential legal liability regarding the Johnson project.
Discussion ensued as attorney Miles and commissioners discussed the conflict of interest issue.
Meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
