B. 1) ATTACHMENTS: SITE PLAN APPROVED BY: Attached for your review is a site plan for the Rosemount Professional Building to be constructed on the old Repairs, Inc. site and on adjacent city owned land parcels . The developer, Dr. Kurt Walter-Hansen has asked that the trail-head at the north of the property have its terminus at the parking lot driveway as opposed to T.H. 3 . City staff who have reviewed the proposal are in support of the amendment . The site plan is identical to that reviewed by the Commissioners at the August 2 meeting. Minnesota Statutes require port authority approval of the site plan prior to development . RECONIl�iENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the site plan for the Rosemount Professional Building with the amended trail-head location requested by the developer. PORT AUTHORITY ACTION: .
