NOTICE
ROSEMOUNT BUSINESS PARK
GROUNDBREAKING
The port authority meeting will convene at 4:45 p.m., Tuesday,
July 19, at the entrance to the Rosemount Business park for the
purpose of a groundbreaking ceremony. Members of the local
press, chamber of commerce, and local business community have `
been invited to attend. There will be brief introductory and
commemorative speeches as well as extensive photo opportunities.
The port authority meeting will be reconvened at city hall at 5:15
p.m. to permit the commissioners to conduct their regular business.

Rosemount Business Park - Phase IB
Preparation of Final Plat

Dear Mr. Miller:
Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) appreciates the opportunity to provide continued services �
for the Port Authority. Last time we met, you indicated that the Port Authority would like to
plat a lot on the east side of Business Parkway. This plat would also include a short segment
of Boulder Avenue from the intersection of Business Parkway to the southerly boundary of the
Port Authority's property. That portion of the property which is not platted as a lot would
remain an outlot.
The tasks associated with preparation of the final plat are as follows:
• Preparation of legal descriptions
• Drafting plat drawings
• Revision of easement descriptions
• Setting lot corners in the field
• Guiding the plat through review process
• Submitting the plat to the County with fees
The estimated cost for completing the tasks identified above is about $6,000. The schedule for
completing the work is dependent on the City and County approval process.
Like our previous work on the Business Park project, we propose that all work for this phase
be invoiced on an hourly basis at our standard hourly rates. Changes in the scope of work will
affect the total cost of the work.
