Minnesota Statutes Section 469-065, Subd. 2. require that the port authority hold a public hearing on the
sale of any land it wishes to dispose of. In this regard, a public hearing on the sale of the Repairs Inc. site
and adjacent city owned parcels necessary for the redevelopment of the area is required.
A public hearing for August 16, 1994, would continue the Kurt Walter- Hanson project in a timely fashion
and permit the time necessary to place the ad with the required legal descriptions.
RECOn�IlVIENDED ACTION: MOTION TO SET THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE SALE OF
THE REPAIRS INC. SITE AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES NECESSARY FOR THE
REDEVELOPMENT OF THE REPAIRS INC. FOR 5:30 P.M. ON AUGUST 16, 1994
