At the April 5 port authority meeting the members of the board approved a
motion authorizing Chairperson Carroll to appoint a committee to continue
negotiations with Muller Family Theaters for purchase of land in the
Rosemount Business Park. On April 11 a meeting was called by Chairperson
Carroll that included commissioners Anderson and McMenomy and staff persons
Miles, Osmundson, Burt, and Miller. It was agreed at the meeting, that
Mr. Miles and Mr. Burt would be responsible for the continuing negotiations
and that a meeting with the Mullers and their representatives would be
attempted before the port authority' s April 19 meeting.
Mr. Burt and Mr. Miles will be available to give an oral update.
