Attached find 3 quotes for office furniture for the Rosemount Community
Center Administrative Offices. The quotes include furnishings for two
executive affices, the conference room, five work stations, two partial
work stations, a work station for reception and registration purposes, and
a printer station. The furniture ordered at this time will provide
Community Center staff and Park & Recreation staff with a minimal' workable
set up and also allows for future expansion of each work station to make a
more suitable working area for the employees in the future.
We are recommending the purchase of office furniture from Rosemount Office
Systems, Inc. The total amount of purchase including tax and installation
is $26,523 . 00. Rosemount Office Systems offered the most reasonable quote
of the three quotes received. Rosemount Office Systems exceeded our
expectations in customer service and is able to meet our xequested date of
delivery based on our current date of occupancy, which is February 21,
1994.
The purchase of office equipment is funded out of the Community Center
construction account #427-48000-01-580.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the purchase of office furniture
from Rosemount Office Systems, Inc. in the amount of $26,348.70.

Commercial Environments, Inc. and Rosemount Office Systems
Inc. are delighted to offer to Rosemount Community Center the
attached furniture quotation per your requests and
requirements.
All materials listed are furnished and delivered according to
your verbal instructions given to Marcia Johnson on January
3, 1994. The installation cost per the materials specified
would be $2 , 600. 00. All space planning will be provided by
us and CAD drawings submitted for your approval.
The CAD drawings will be furnished to you at no additional
cost. We regard this first area as Phase I and plan to
execute Phase II in the same manner. All new products
furnished are with no delivery charge. Also, layouts will be
provided as an extra service in Phase II at no charge.
We look forward tv a successful project with your community
center. Once we are awarded your project, please know we
will work very hard to provide total customer satisfaction
for the long term. Please give me a call at 339-4223 if you
have any questions.
